The extraordinary tale of two friends that unfolds over decades. Two 14-year old girls, one in New Jersey, the other in England, are assigned to be pen pals for a school assignment, turning into a life-long friendship. Witness the journey of the lifetime in their own words.
Do you have a friendship which has spanned decades?
During the 2 weekends of performances of Pen Pals, we will have a presentation board where you can celebrate your special friendship by showing a photo of you and your friend.
You can simply bring a photo or two to put on the board for the performance you'll be attending, or email us a photo and we will print it and put it on the board. Photos can be old or recent.

This collection of plays underscores the importance of relationships, exploring the unique connections that influence our lives. A couple faces the complexities of life, trying to make it better by emulating a "simpler time", while confronted with modern reality. A little girl's unfaltering belief in a department store Santa Claus, captures the essence of faith and the innocence of childhood. A young blind man's connection with his sexy, kooky neighbor clashes with his overprotective mother, reflecting the mix of humor and affection that characterizes family dynamics. Finally, two little league coaches confront their differing viewpoints, hilariously illustrating how opposites can coexist in spirited competition.
