St. Augustine _ A Classic Theatre brings to the stage a new and different theatrical event, “Voices of the Dark and Classic”, for only three performances on Friday and Saturday, Nov 18 and 19 at 7:30 and Sunday Nov. 20 at 2:00pm at the Pioneer Barn Theater at Fort Menendez, 259 San Marco Ave., Uptown St. Augustine.

You will have the rare opportunity to taste and savor the elegant language of world-renowned classic authors including Longfellow, Shakespeare, Edgar Allen Poe, Dante, Edna St. Vincent Millay, and Robert W. Service. Their beautifully constructed passages will transport you to the far reaches of the imagination...where dreams and fears reside.  You are invited to sit back and let their words evoke images of other times and other places…real and imagined.


Conceived and staged by ACT founder, Jean Rahner, the cast includes the area’s most distinguished actors: Thomas Rahner, Ashley Carter, Christine Fogarty, Margaret Kaler, Michael Lipp, and Frank Riccardo.  Not pictured are Lou Agresta and DJ Lee.
